The room was definitely not as advertised. The double beds were actually twin beds. The people in the condo above us jumped and carried on until you thought the ceiling would collapse. Went to the presentation after being promised a great lunch and hassle free. Very end of leftovers not edible and look ed like foid poisoning waiting to happen. Presentation staff did not take no as a response and the 90 minute presentation was more like 3 hrs. Then they ripped us out of $25 dollars to boot. Never will i stay at this place or another Wyndam because of the stay. Could have stayed in a road side motel and gotten just as much luxery and service.
Room decor is very nice and modem. TVs in both bedrooms, along with 2 full sized beds in one when we thought we'd only be getting 1. 2 separate bathrooms, full kitchen amenities, and a washer and dryer. Very nice stay for the price. Just watch out for the staff trying to push their timeshare nonsense on you.
The staff is friendly and helpful. The room we were in had several little things wrong. Cracks in bathroom sink, sheetrock just looked bad, the door did not lock when it as closed. You had to slam it to get it to lock.you could see daylight from around door knob. Also when I rang the doorbell to get in it rang in the next room and I woke up a lady at 6:00 am the day we were leaving. No elevator in this building. It is almost like this property was an apartment complex at once. This is definitely not the nicest Wyndham we've stayed in. For the money I pay yearly I expect a lot better. Now if this was a hotel I could understand but being an owner I was dissatisfied with the place
Get away from Wydham !!! Their service sucks and is expensive. I am staying at the unit in Nashville and it has no hot water in the shower, we got very tired in the room, my husband wanted to take a hot shower. Is it winter and there is no hot water in the room? We called the guest service and nobody solved the problem. We've had trouble with other units and nobody has solved it, they just want our money. I'm very disappointed!
Very nice place, but they will call you constantly to go to their meetings. Location is right next to Opry mills. Great location.
