Booked a room with a jacuzzi, room had no jacuzzi. Stains everywhere and had to sleep on top of blankets because it was so disgusting and we felt uncomfortable. Fitness center had a treadmill and that was basically it. Not to mention, terrible customer service and overpriced.
Update 1: After 30 minutes, we called back down to the front desk since no one had come yet. I don't think they intended to send someone up. He either acted like or really didn't remember we had called down. He said he would send someone up. We asked how long. He said maybe 5 minutes. We will see....
Nice clean rooms. Comfortable beds, house keeping was very helpful. Front desk was very polite. Parking was limited in front and back but there is some parking to the left under garage parking. They have a workout room with 1 treadmill, 1 bicycle, and 2 ellipticals. The only downfall is no pool. They offer a breakfast you make your waffles (big ones) they had scrambled eggs, biscuit and gravy, cereals, sausage links, coffee, orange juice and others. Not a bad breakfast. A pool would of been nice but who really needs that when your just there for night time.
Update 2: The maintenance worker (not housekeeping) came after 20 minutes and brought sheets for only one bed. She seemed surprised there wasn't a phone in the room either...
The lobby and dining area were really nice. Great customer service at front desk and complimentary breakfast was awesome. Rooms need to be updated. It was rainy outside so the room was humid and stuffy with the older model AC floor unit. You can see that they tried up update the rooms somewhat but the carpet and beds need an overhaul. Hallways are a bit narrow.
The service was genuine and helpful, and generally comfortable. My grandparents enjoyed their stay, which was largely important to me.
There was trash from the previous occupant and the beds seemed unkempt. We were not confident with how well the room was cleaned. There isn't a phone in the room, so we had to lookup the number on the internet and call the front desk from our cellphone. They are booked up 100% and weren't very helpful as they seemed put out that we wanted someone to come change the sheets on the beds. Due to the rules of the hockey tournament our son is in, we had to stay at this hotel. If this wasn't the case, we would leave and find another hotel.
Also, finding working outlets has been difficult.
