Conveniently located near downtown, giving you a lot of restaurants and attractions to choose from. Only a 10-15 minute drive from the airport. Basic motel upgrade to a hotel. Room entrances are outside with almost no soundproofing so you hear everything. Offers a decent free breakfast spread and cookies/fruit available in the line throughout the day. As far as 3 star hotels go, probably more of a 2.5+. The convenient location clearly accounts for the star rating and rate.

Nice place to stay for a night or two. Nice staff, free breakfast, secure area & close to Broadway. Reasonable rates! Walking distance to a few places to eat, listen to music, etc.
Beds and location were alright... But there was a roach in the room and the room looked very old and dirty. The beds were comfortable though. And the breakfast was not terrible either
Our stay was very nice. The room was clean and accomodating. The staff was very friendly and informative when questioned. The complimentary breakfast was wonderful and probably my favorite part of the stay. The location of the hotel was not too far from the downtown restaurants and bars but still a nice 1 mile walk. We would definitely be coming back.
A special mention to Paula and Katie, these girls are the best, they even put on a total eclipse for us.....
We recently stayed with Comfort Inn Downtown Nashville- Vanderbilt.The staff were incredible,they went above and beyond and nothing was too much bother. They were friendly and available 24 hours a day. The rooms were very clean and the whole place was clean and maintained. Free breakfast daily was amazing and much needed after partying all night. The location was great, only minutes from the party strip with a buggy continually going into town for free, if needed, they would call other forms of transport and insure they arrived on time every time.
I would definitely stay there again and would recommend them to all my family and friends. Thanks to you all.
