Purchased twin beds several months ago and today went back to purchase a queen. The first purchase was so good that I felt confident I would get great advice on choosing a queen size. Lee took a lot of time showing me the difference in quality - there are several areas to consider - and in the end I purchased a bed that I think will be perfect. I plan to post another review after we've been sleeping on this bed for a month. I highly recommend Lee and his group! Well trained, very knowledgeable and totally about taking care of you! Fantastic customer service and a great selection of quality beds makes this store rise to the top. There are so many mattress stores around, but check this one out for a personal touch. I didn't have much time -- or money -- to shop, but Lee Heath helped me winnow down my choices quickly. I found the full size mattress I needed at a great price. Because I have an IKEA bed with slats, I didn't need the box springs, and I was not pressured to buy them here. One more thing -- I was thinking of buying a basic mattress from At Home, but Lee matched the price I had seen there, and I got a better quality bed from from Bedzzz Express than I would have from the chain store. After getting a great bed at a great price at this locally-owned place, even the delivery was easy and reasonable. They delivered my bed within half an hour of my purchase! Now that is service!

We chose this place because of the good reviews on google and they did not disappoint. Stephen (from the Bellevue location) was very nice and patient and also very knowledgeable. We had a hard time choosing between two mattresses. We finally decided on one and it was delivered the very next day! The delivery guys were awesome! After we slept on this mattress for about 3 weeks, we decided it wasn't for us and went back in and talked with them. They were very helpful and offered to exchange for a different mattress. Fabulous customer service! Go see Stephen for your mattress needs!
