Cheap , and you get what you pay for. The carpet was dirty and roaches everywhere. There is always people arguing and cursing in the parking lot which is constantly filled with trash. If you are use to living in the “projects” it’s not that bad otherwise stay away. There always kids running around the place because people live here and they have no place to play. I will say the staff was always friendly but other than that the place is a dump.
Easy to hear what's going on outside, dated, minor damages, small leak in the shower.

The room is decent, if not a little run down, which is expected from the price I paid. The only thing I found wrong was just the aging of the place, which doesn't bother me. There were a few "stink bugs" in the room, but it's that time of year and my home is riddled with them as well.
This is my first night of two, possibly three nights. But so far, so good. Would recommend to anyone on a tight budget.
Unacceptable. I accepted a lot of things being wrong with the room ( I.e. the heater being broke the table was wobbling the fridge still had something in it) but there were a ridiculous amount of roaches. One star is generous. There is no management. Had reservations for 3 months for 2 beds. Arrived on Friday 4:30pm, only available room on Memorial weekend was one bed. No shower curtain. Young man at desk was doing all he could. Got me shower curtain and keys. Told me didn't have to sign anything. Saw no management the 3 day. Went to check out Monday morning at 8:30am as scheduled. Office was closed. Facility was not bad. Good bed, Good shower (once I got a curtain so as to not flood bathroom). Large Fridge. Microwave worked. Management did not work at all as I could tell. Won't go back. EVER!
Staff was mostly friendly, though they close the lobby at odd hours and sometimes a little early. I thought the door was stuck because it was 30 minutes before closing, so I jiggled the handle. Heard a yell from inside reminiscent of "stop messing with the door," however there were about twelve kids playing outside and making a ruckus, so I chalked it up to annoyed staff trying to escape.
Clean bathroom, nice shower, comfortable bed, excellent air conditioning, suitable kitchenette, nice television, friendly staff.
