VERY pleased! Breakfast was billed as 'continental' - but there were also eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy & oatmeal! AND... PANCAKES!! Pleasantly surprised! Room was very comfortable and as a woman traveling alone, I felt very safe! I will definitely return to this hotel!
Wow! Very surprised at how nice this place was. Very clean and modern. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was good. Biggest and nicest surprise was the shuttle service to downtown for only $10 roundtrip! Really felt like the price/value was well worth it. Highly recommend it!

The good, the bad... The suite was big, but the air didn't work in the sitting room area of our room(we didn't use that area so we didn't report the problem) it worked great in the sleeping area tho! one of the glasses looked like it had lipstick on it, other than that the room was clean. The bed was very comfy. We had a hot tub in our room, so the shower was very very tiny, and the toilet did not flush very well. Parking was free so that was a plus, great location if you are going to the opry. Breakfast was delicious every morning. We didn't get to use the pool. Staff was friendly
This was our first time visiting Nashville and the Best Western. We found the room very clean and comfortable and a large room. Staff were helpful and the hotel was close to restaurants. Also loved the Nashville Music City Shuttle very convenient. Would recommend to others.
Room was roomy, quiet and clean. Breakfast was good. Generally, had a pleasant 4 night stay. Only issue was that I complained three different times about my gross bathroom door. This is like wood stain that wasn't wiped off. 3rd complaint, I tried cleaning it using one of the bathroom towels and gave to the desk clerk. Nothing. Door is still gross. Don't hang anything in the back of the bathroom door. Or brush up against it.
