This was our first time staying at this hotel. There were so many things that made it a great experience. The staff was extremely friendly and housekeeping took great care of us. The best part of the visit was Keith from the front desk. He took so much time to go over different things that we needed to do when we asked what a tourist should see. He went over maps with us and told us where to eat the best meals. He even checked with us upon checking out to see what all we did and listened to all our stories. He definitely went above and beyond to make our visit exceptional. We will definitely be staying there again!
Great place, clean, friendly staff. Fairly good area to walk puppies. kitchenette was very helpful especially when traveling with pups.
Excellent!! The staff was super friendly and accommodating. Rooms were spacious and clean. We were evacuated from Miami, FL due to hurricane Irma. The hotel manager showed concern and compassion even sharing his personal number to call him and let him know we arrived home safely. Will definitely stay here again.
Wasn’t our planned stop but when our other hotel smelled like a chimney and had a wet mattress, this place quickly accommodated us with nice rooms at the last minute. Staff was great and breakfast was typical and enough. Decent gym and nice little pool. Would stay here again. 15min drive to downtown.
I really liked staying at this townspeople suites. The people that worked there were extremely friendly and accommodating. There is an indoor pool, breakfast is included, and it is near a number of food places. It is near the airport with a free airport shuttle. It is also only a 15 minute drive to both downtown and the grand ole opry. I will definitely stay there when I go back to Nashville!
