We had a gracious host who went the extra mile to make sure our stay was perfect. Breakfast was delicious and the hospitality was unmatched. I definitely look forward to my next stay there.

When I checked out this place online, it looked too good to be true. I had planned my trip to Nashville on short notice, so when I called Richard (the proprietor) I really didn't have much hope that a room was available. As luck would have it, he had one left -- the Game Room. It was a room at the very top with its own billiards and poker tables. It had a king size bed and two single beds, plus a private bath. It was huge! We both loved it! There was also a pool and weight room, which we unfortunately didn't have time to use. Breakfast the next morning was spectacular! Richard obviously takes pride in his cooking.
You can confidently book a room at this charming B & B and look no further for wonderful accommodations. It is like visiting in an English Country home. The rooms, service and fresh homemade breakfast are excellent. We especially appreciated the host, Richard, who is very kind and knowledgeable of Nashville. He helped us choose where to go for sightseeing and dinners. While you will be away from the bustle of the downtown, it is easily accessible. We are so glad we stayed at the Demonbreun House and hope to return!
This is a very wonderful place to go spend an evening. The food was very good and the atmosphere was wonderful. They had a wonderful Christmas party there
If you are looking for a lovely place to stay while in Nashville look no further then The Timothy Demonbreun House B&B. It is a beautiful heritage home in a great part of Nashville. The owner and your host at the B&B Richard is such an amazing person. He was able to accommodate us for 6 nights on very short notice. We needed a room to stay while evacuating from Hurricane Irma. Richard was gracious and kind to us and went above and beyond to help us out and make our stay at the B&B comfortable and relaxing. Each morning he prepared us a great breakfast to our specifications we literally could have what we wanted each day. Now that is service!!! The rooms and home are lovely and cost about half of what you would pay downtown for a hotel. You can get anywhere in Nashville very quickly from the B&B so I would say that the location is ideal. It is a very very quite Inn so I appreciated that as I like to sleep well at night which I find is almost impossible at hotels. There is a lovely pool where you can relax and enjoy the sun and a good book during the afternoon in between sightseeing. And if you are looking for a place to hold a party, wedding or special anniversary event the Inn is a great place to do that as they have facilities to host weddings and other events. I cannot thank Richard enough for all that he did for us during our stay and how he made a stressful situation be less so. Also he gave me some free legal advice to help me get on the right path in terms of an issue I was dealing with back home. Your next vacation to Nashville should surely include a stay at The Timothy Demonbreun House!!!!!!
