Very nice and reasonably priced. The staff was friendly, room was clean and quiet, and the building was clean and updated. We only got to stay one night but we will definitely go back next time we are in Nashville. The only negative was that the bathrooms are a little small, but not a deal breaker.
For the most part, the hotel and the room was good. Nice big atrium, pool, good restaurant. Rooms could use updating, especially since this a Gaylord hotel. They have the money. Housekeeping didn't take care of our room one day, told the front desk, they said someone would be right there. We left for several hours and when we came back, housekeeping still hadn't been there.
Beautiful room and hotel. We did have to wait for rooms to be available because we were here attending a convention, and for some odd reason there were no wash clothes, only hand towels. Overall a gorgeous venue beautifully decorated for the holidays.
We stayed over night at The Inn at Opryland and it was a wonderful experience. The facility was clean and well kept, the rooms were very nice, and the staff was great as well. They provided an air mattress for my 7 year old son which made the sleeping situation better than we anticipated. We will definitely stay there again and would recommend it to friends and family.
I am not the type of person to complain but this was the worst hotel stay I've ever had! First, as I check in the young lady at front desk was rude. She seemed to be frustrated and took it out on me. Once I entered my room there was a smell of mildew and I had issues with allergies the entire time. The beds were HORRIBLE! I could literally feel the springs coming through the mattress pad they tried to cushion the bed with. For the price of the room per night i couldn't believe there was no microwave in room! Very inconvenient! I stayed two nights due to a convention I had to attend for my job. I was so sleep deprived due to slamming doors, people laughing and talking outside ALL hours of the night! To make matters worse, I tried napping during a break around 1:00 pm in the afternoon only to be ABRUPTLY woke up by roofers right above me stomping, drilling,etc Terrible experience!!!!!!
