This hotel is located only ten minutes by foot from Vanderbilt University in the middle of many good restaurants and within walking distance from downtown. The rooms are spacious, clean and well maintained. There is free breakfast in the morning. Great staff will take good care of you. Note the parking is $25 per day, but worth leaving the car there and walk around Nashville.
The management apologized, but barely/half-heartedly, when I complained.
The facility was nice but we were told one price over the phone while making the reservation and were charged more. The front desk clerk, upon check out, tried to charge us twice for parking and then spent 30 minutes insisting that we still owed $60 because he wasn’t understanding the math. This is while several people were waiting for his services as well. It was humiliating because he treated us like we were trying to get out of paying for something we had already paid for. He could not provide us with a correct itemized receipt. Also, don’t use your debit card for incidentals upon checking in. They will hold your money hostage as a “pending” charge (the cost of the room per night for how ever long your stay is) until 3 - 5 business days after you check out. I was not told this until after my stay (when I complained) and so had no money available in my bank account for my trip. I had to borrow money from my friends until the “pending” charges were dropped from my bank account. These things put a big damper on what should’ve been a fun weekend.

Nice suites right by Vanderbilt. Good prices for similar hotels in the area. Close to restaurants and nightlife. The rooms spacious and well maintained. Good service and staff.
This hotel has nice nice spacious rooms. THe rooms were clean and housekeeping provided good service. The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were cramped but nice. Their free breakfast bar was nice to have and was always kept clean and not messy. The food was nice and hot and they never let the warm plates or cold plates get empty they were always supplying more. The staff was very nice and helped us much. Unfortunately, we had to leave the next day because they could not accommodate us since they were completely booked.
