I wasn't a guest and didn't get to eat anything here. I was just passing through, but the hotel is really nice and the staff were great. I got to see the event space at the top of the hotel which was great! They have these huge lit up tanks with jellyfish and a 360 degree view of Nashville. Definitely a great spot for a company event or even a large party.
Great hotel even though it's a bit deceiving from the outside. The signage and overall building design doesn't look very impressive but when you get inside you really start to see where the attention went in the recent renovations. Overall, the staff is super accommodating and it's a great value for where you are. One thing I learned during my stay is that the rotating section on the top floor isn't a restaurant. Apparently it's a private event space. Oh well!
The Sheraton Nashville Downtown Hotel is a beautiful property in a great location. The lobby itself is breathtaking. The rooms are very spacious and also modern. The beds are particularly comfortable and you get a great view from the higher floors. The property has a number of restaurants and bars in the building at as well. The room rates are not bad at all considering the standard of the hotel. The staff is extremely helpful. Highly recommend the Sheraton Nashville Downtown Hotel!
Great Location, very clean, beautiful lobby decor. We didn’t try the bar or restaurant but they seemed really nice. The room was very spacious and modern. The beds were very comfortable. The staff went out of their way to get us an early check in which was a blessing for my wife who was having a migraine the morning of our arrival. She was able to get a few hours rest in the cool darkness of the room (great blackout curtains and very quiet) and was up and running shortly thereafter.
