Friendly service. The breakfast was very diverse. Good selection of food and you can't beat the pancakes.
Got a king size bed, 5 pillows on the bed. Amazing pillows. Not the best water pressure in the shower. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was alright. Staff at counter checking in was good, pregnant lady and gentlemen working breakfast area was nice as well. Some of the outlets need to be worked on, pushing on not working.
Check-in was a bit slower than usual, but I'm pretty sure it was new employee or computer problem. Friendly and helpful employees. Excellent room, very clean and quiet. Nice selection at breakfast bar.
The staff at this hotels front desk was amazing. Extremely helpful, personable and funny! We were very disappointed with the housekeeping manager who told us we couldn't get extra pillows. The rooms need updating and in my opinion the hotel needs some new paint and a deep cleaning. I hope the front desk staff move to better hotels as they don't deserve to be working for such an average hotel.
Night Receptionist was really nice. Morning receptionist not so much Room was clean and smelled nice. TV worked. Internet worked fine. The have a fitness room but you can't get in it. Apparently it's just for looks. I pick my hotels based on gyms. I drive along way and suffer with muscle disorder. Working out helps loosen my muscles and get me going in the mornings. A week later and gym is still not working
