Average hotel. Location is great. Only place close and walkable to downtown without parking fees. Breakfast included. Cool guitar shaped pool. Felt safe walking back from downtown. Shuttle dropped us off downtown at Broadway and First.
This location was Wonderful! The staff was friendly & helpful. The hotel is very clean & up to date. The breakfast room offers anything you could want for free Every morning! Shuttle rides are so helpful! And it's walking distance to all of downtown! I would recommend staying here to everyone I know.
The rooms and amenities are exactly as you would expect, clean and up to date. Nothing super extraordinary, but also nothing to complain about. However the staff is what really made our stay memorable. We arrived early and our room wasn't ready so they suggested places near by for lunch while we waited. The morning janitor remembered and greeted us everyday on our way to breakfast. The shuttle driver was hilarious and gave excellent advice on dining options downtown.
We stay at a lot of Choice Hotels. We have never had a bad experience. Most are very good, some are great. But the Quality Inn in Downtown Nashville (at Nissan Stadium) was exceptional! The staff was incredibly friendly, eager to please and very attentive. Terrance at the front desk was a real trip. His humor made our weekend. Very clean and well maintained facility. We are already planning our next trip to Nashville and won't even consider staying anywhere else.

If you want a hotel in Nashville close to the nightlife around Broadway. The Quality Inn is 10 to 15 minutes walk away opposite the Nissan Stadium. Easy to find off the interstate with free parking. The hotel is fairly basic and rooms could do with a makeover but are comfortable and clean. The hotel also has a free shuttle service if you don't want to walk into town.
