Pottery barn is the worst at getting what you ask for I've order tons of items 90% of the time there wrong or not what I asked for I'm done shopping here it's nuts on how much stuff they mess up .
The service at this store is terrible. It took 4 employees and 45 minutes to assist me with returning one item from our baby registry. In the end they could not even give me a store credit and I had to wait 2 weeks for the corporate office to mail us a refund check.
I drove 45 minutes with my 3 and 5 year old to this store so we could view the Chelsea Kitchen. We wanted to make sure it was the size we needed and that they were happy with this particular kitchen. The kitchen was located on a shelf and they told me they would not get a piece down so I could let my girls stand next to it and see the quality. They advised me to get a tape measure out. I drove there specifically to view the product before spending $800+ on a toy kitchen. Absolutely horrible customer service. I do not recommend.
