I had the pleasure of attending a Christmas event at the Omni Hotel in Nashville Tennessee. An amazing venue on the edge of downtown near Riverfront Park. Upon arriving I was greeted warmly by Hotel staff and direct it to my area. The entire Hotel is Grand and I absolutely loved it. The Christmas decorations were very tasteful and classy. A fantastic backdrop for Christmas pictures. The restrooms were very clean and comfortable with superb lighting we basically enjoyed this hotel from the moment we stepped foot in it.
Very nice experience here. The staff are courteous and very attentive. Rooms are kept well. Amenities are what you expect from a hotel at this price point. Local restaurants and clubs are accessible by a short walk. A liquor store is Wallace but most might want to take a cab.
Awesome place to stay for events, meetings, vacations, or just meeting up with family or friends. It's got a lot to offer. It's situated perfectly in the heart of downtown Nashville. Close to all the attractions and just a walk away to Broadway. Not to mention that the prices are amazingly cheap. Definitely worth the stay.
The customer concern and service at this hotel is top notch. The hotel has some amazing views of downtown, it's centrally located, and connected to the Country Music Hall of Fame. I stayed here for a week during Christmas 2016 and it was phenomenal. The food experiences of Kitchen Notes and Bob's Steak and Chop House are extraordinary. The rooms and amenities were exceptional and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again, and after attending an event hosted at their hotel, I would absolutely use The Omni to coordinate a large or small group event.
I don’t write reviews very often, but I felt this was important enough to take the time to let others know. Most visits to a Hotel are pleasant and should deserve a 5/5. You really find out about an organization when there are problems, how they respond. We stayed in the Omni hotel in Nashville, and had an early flight leaving around 5 o’clock. As we rushed out of the hotel to the airport, we realized that we had left credit cards and $200 in the “security box”. We called the hotel from the airport, and they said the security guards had already opened and removed the contents. They had our credit cards and "$20". I understand that it is impossible for us to prove $200 cash, but I also have no reason to lie about this. Financially, the $200 is not that important to me. What is important is that someone at some point in the Omni organization decided that it was worth their integrity to steal $180. We spoke with the people in lost and found, and security multiple times. To no avail. I have enjoyed staying at the Omni in the past, but now doubting if their employees are trustworthy I will, as should you look elsewhere for accommodations.We received absolutely no assistance from the Omni staff, not even an offer to talk with the security person. There is a great difference between a hotel that appears clean and nice and one that behind the scenes will treat you with distrust and filth.
