Location very convenient to The District, The Gulch and surrounding areas. The free shuttle makes it very nice to get around. Rooms are nice but my one request would be more hooks or towel racks in the bathrooms, very modern and Stark but not as usable as they could be.
If you stay here, do not pay with your debit card. I have been dealing with an ordeal caused by the front desk clerks that they have yet to resolve.
I would rate them as zero stars, but in order to post this I had to choose a one star. I should have stayed at the Holiday Inn Express.
They charged over $1,000 to my card for no reason, and then have refused to help me get a refund. I was told by three different people that they would help me, but they never did.
Very friendly and helpful staff, nice amenities. Parking in the garage was a little confusing between taking punch tickets that didn't get used and then swapping for room keys. Overall good experience, would stay here again.

Nice and attendant staff. Nice little nook to grab coffee and a bite in the lobby. Rooms are clean. It's a great location that is in the middle of a lot of things to do in Nashville. Ask the staff and they would be happy to recommend you around.
