My wife and I bought our new bed here, and it was a great experience. We didn't feel pressured into buying a certain bed, and the employee who helped us was able to clearly explain the differences among the beds we were interested in. All in all a great experience, and we ended up with a great bed.
The sales staff at this location is very helpful and courteous. However, my wife and I were burned by their return policy. I wrote a letter to complain and 3 months later have yet to receive a response. At minimum to exchange a defective mattress, you will have to pay a $25 inspection fee and re-pay a $75 shipping fee. If you switch mattresses, expect to pay the cost difference. The latter sounds fair except the cost is higher because you buy your original mattress at a discounted bundled price, which is not offered when you return a mattress. Mattress Firm has forever lost my business.
