100% this hotel has made my trip to Nashville much easier. I will be coming back.
I stayed here for 2 days while I was in town for a few shows. Hyatt place has to have been my best experience dealing with a hotel. Easy customer service, the beds are huge....and clean, hot water(important), the free breakfast is pretty good. Check out is noon so I had plenty time to sleep in. My only thing was it was a non smoking hotel but its not that big of an issue.
The room was huge and spacious! And the breakfast was excellent. It's been a while since I've stayed at a hotel that actually had free continental breakfast and this was really good!
I absolutely love staying at Hyatt Place when on the road and this property didn't disappoint. The entire staff was amazing and everything was top notch. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great. I always recommend Hyatt to friends if they're looking for a quality experience. Thanks Nashville!
Decent location near the airport. Stayed here while on a work trip. Lobby was somewhat underwhelming. Room was decent and comfortable. Free breakfast was offered, but also underwhelming. Wouldn't mind staying here again for work, but wouldn't choose this for a personal trip.
Very nice hotel. Staff is extremely nice, and the rooms are comfortable. Within easy walking distance of several good stores.
