Clean room, awesome service. They have a complementary shuttle to get you to some tourist spots in downtown which was so convenient and easy to use. We were in town just for the day and they were happy to hold our bags securely behind the counter. Can’t say enough good things about the holiday inn express. They also have a gift shop in the lobby that’s open late.
This hotel is pretty nice. The rooms were modern and clean with comfortable beds and big TVs. T he channel selection was limited but high quality. I really enjoyed the breakfast bar. The lobby treats and musician w as a nice touch. The staff were friendly and accommodating.
Our party stayed at this hotel for our conference and we were very satisfied with the service provided. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the amenities were good. There is a good selection of food in the complimentary breakfast bar and in the evenings, there is a hot snack table for those with evening cravings. The lobby area features live music which added to the ambiance of the hotel in the context of Nashville.

With regards to the accommodations, the facilities were generally adequate though my lavatory was not the cleanest and had a strange odour whenever the extractor fan was operating. The decor in the rooms was very industrial, with insufficient lighting and notably, my clock was not working. Moreover, one of our colleagues noted a bed bug in her room so she was moved several floors away from her original room. Overall, we were satisfied with the hotel and we would be happy to stay here again.
I checked in here today and as soon as I walked up to the front desk I was greeted with smiles and top hospitality. Val treated me like royalty and all the other staff have really been wonderful. My room is so clean, stocked up and bright. Will definitely be back.
Awesome hotel! Just a 10 min ride to downtown Broadway. Great staff, clean rooms. Nice breakfast! They served free wine samples one night. Would stay here again for sure!
