2. Get a luggage carrier ASAP if you see one. They only have 2.
3. Bring earplugs. The room doors all slam, walls are thin, and housekeeping scream talks to each other all day long while cleaning.
The staff was very nice. The hotel was very clean. The manager was very professional. My grand daughter was sick. They made me feel like we was at home. I want to say thank u. Great front desk staff. Beautiful job well done.
4. Bring febreeze. The carpets in the hallways and rooms are stained, and yes, they smell.
9. Go to breakfast, it's the only redeeming factor of this hotel. On alternating days you might find biscuits and gravy, eggs and bacon, or assorted omelets. Coffee is acceptable.
8. Again with the plumbing, don't use your showers or sinks in your room. They will back up and spew funky black gunk out instead of draining.
6. Try to park in front of a camera. The surrounding area is the rough outskirts of Nashville, and you might come outside to find someone sleeping between cars for warmth.
Overall nice hotel for the price. Straight shot to downtown. Large comfortable room and bed. Great guest service. Breakfast was good too! Shower didn't drain very well and the door lock didn't deadbolt lock without pushing down or lifting the door. Small issues coinsidering everything else was great. I'd go back!
1. The elevator WILL close on you. It is the elevator of death. Minimize any movement while riding, even slight swaying from side to side will make it feel like the cable is about to break.
5. Don't open the fridge. We found someone's leftovers from God knows when inside, smelly and moldy.
Newly remodeled. Very friendly. Very busy location. Not the best location.
A good business hotel located in a very covenant location. Near to airport and near to highways. Good rooms a very good service people are very nice and good food in breakfast.
7. Don't use the lobby bathrooms. The sinks don't give water.
