Terrible stay. Found an opened Mike's Hard Lemonade in the fridge when we checked in. The heater started smoking when we turned it on, setting off the fire alarm. The safety latch on our room door wasn't screwed in all the way. The front door to the lobby was never actually locked. The "breakfast" never seemed to exist; the first morning there was a single mini muffin, the second morning there was an empty basket. Staff seemed friendly, like they wanted to help, but had no idea how.
Very clean and accommodating. Excellent staff and services! Highly recommended
Great place. The woman who runs the front counter is the friendliest person you will ever meet in your life. She is also very knowledgeable about the surrounding area and what would be interesting to see.
Staff was very nice but I wouldn't stay again. Unsafe side entry. Dark around the building and sensors on outside lights by the entry is delayed. Pipes in several rooms make a high pitched noise. No elevator being as an extended hotel people bring alot of items to carry upstairs. Housekeeping. Make the bed but hardly ever change sheets, don't clean the bathrooms, never vacuum. After entry to supposedly clean, left my door propted open all day til I returned 8pm. And still didn't have towels. They also allow people to hangout outside all hours drinking. Not what I call a clean, comfortable or safe environment as a traveling woman. Just my review though.
