The valets at this hotel are very personable and make you feel welcome. All of the staff were helpful. The hotel is tucked away on a side street so you need to use their valet parking which automatically adds $20/night which is annoying but I like to think they're hiding the car somewhere safe. The handicap room doesn't come with a big sofa-couch-thing like the other 1 bedroom king suites do. The shower water heat lever's tension was loose so I had to keep re-adjusting the lever so I didn't fry myself. Overall it was a good experience, but you might want to check other locations nearby that are cheaper as this one didn't really standout aside from it not being in downtown.
The hotel is very nice. The rooms are large and well furnished. It is clean and comfortable. The only issue is that it only has valet parking. There is no self parking. To me that is odd for a Courtyard that is not located in a downtown.
Everyone at the hotel was very helpful and full of Christmas cheer! I highly recommend this hotel if your in the area!!!
Waited over an hour past our check in time to get into our 3 rooms at the Courtyard Marriott Green Hills. Got a bottle of water for our trouble. Rooms were nice and clean the first day, but even after leaving the rooms to explore Nashville from 10:30am until 4pm the next day, NONE of our rooms were cleaned. On Sunday, even though the Bistro Restaurant hours in the hotel brochure said weekend hours for dinner were 5pm until 10pm, the Bistro was closed. I guess Sunday isn't part of the weekend. And when wanting to use my Starbucks app to pay for Starbucks drinks in the hotel, was told I couldn't (had a $70 gift card for us to use because I knew the hotel had a Starbucks). Maybe most people know you can't use Starbucks app to pay for Starbucks in a hotel, but I didnt. The good was that the valet service was good and all the employees very nice. The hotel was close to downtown and all Nashville has to offer. I would stay somewhere else next time I visit Nashville.
Room was nice. There were a few issues in the bathroom but overall the stay was nice. Paying extra for the breakfast was totally worth it.
