I stayed here when I was stranded after a cancelled flight. The staff were incredibly courteous and went out of their way to help me during such a stressful time. The room was actually nicer than the 5 star hotel I'd stayed at in Boston- very roomy, comfortable bed, nice shower with a big bathtub, microwave, and refrigerator. One of the nicest hotels I've stayed in. And the breakfast buffet was wonderful! Lots of protein (eggs, sausage, bacon) as well as the usual fare. I will definitely stay at Comfort Suites again when I travel.
Our family of five was stranded in Nashville airport having missed a connection. Every hotel was booked, but due to a last minute cancellation we were able to get a room. Taylor, the shuttle driver, picked us up and apologized that we missed the evening reception. After checking in, he took us to area fast food to pick up dinner. The hotel was so nice, we decided to stay an unexpected day in Nashville to catch a direct flight home. They literally saved our vacation! Thank you to the whole staff. I highly recommend this hotel!
My wife and I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Comfort Suites Airport for the weekend in anticipation of the 2017 Solar Eclipse. I must say that over the course of our two nights at this location, we found the staff quite friendly and helpful, especially Misha, one of the managers there. Our room was clean, quiet, and very comfortable, and the continental breakfast was good. We would stay there again in a heartbeat. It's a shame more eclipses don't pass through Nashville!
This hotel is awesome. They accommodated us last minute and have been awesome. Owner greeted us and offered us help when we needed it
Had the jacuzzi sweet. The tub itself had cracks all over it that would scratch you. They had a hole in the wall that had not been properly fixed. Couldn't really use the window unit if you wanted privacy as the curtain hung too low and blocked air flow. Had an emergency and needed to leave, tried to have my third night refunded since I would be checked out an entire day and half early and the man at the front desk was rude and refused to even try to help resolve it. I will never stay there again.
