We were not familiar with Nashville and so kind of chose a hotel without any real knowledge. We were so lucky! The Best Western Plus Sunrise Inn was great. The room was very comfortable, the pool was lovely, the staff pleasant and cheerful and also able to answer every question we asked them. Should I have the opportunity to return to Nashville (Oh, I hope to be so lucky) I will definitely stay at this hotel again.
Wonderful stay - stayed there 2 nights. Clean, comfortable room. Very comfortable beds. Great hot & cold buffet breakfast (& free). The staff was very courteous and efficient. Conveniently located for quick 5-10 minute drives to downtown Nashville, the Grand Ole Opry and the airport.
Great rooms! Breakfast bar hot food warmer did not working. Have had better staying in these hotels
Don't book a room here unless you want to sleep in the last person's popcorn crumbs and dead skin. They don't change the sheets here. There was dried up food crumbs on the floor and someones old beer in the fridge. When we asked the front desk for help they said that they were not allowed to give us new sheets... Even though they were allowed to charge us $200 for a disgusting room. We had to leave and didn't even stay the night here. I would give 0 stars if possible. Thanks for turning what was supposed to be a restful night into a scramble to find a different hotel after being charged an unreasonable amount for this one. I will never come back to a Best Western again.
Great hotel. Stayed here 12/24/17 visiting family. Clean, quiet rooms. Nice early check in. Good Cable Channel package.
