Smooth stay! Easy booking, easy check-in, easy check-out :) clean rooms. Attentive staff. Zero complaints
no hot water in our room, very apathetic employees with lack of creative problem solving that I would expect from a hospitality business. Loud construction on base floor, may be loud during the daytime hours. Would rather pay an extra $15-20 to stay somewhere with better reputation (or at least some hot water). Very impressive breakfast bar, though, and decent parking safety.
Front desk service was extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice. The only downside were the bed was pretty hard and I'd suggest bringing your own pillow. They don't provide a traditional pillow. Instead of 2, there are 4 smaller pillows.
Hotel and room were beautiful and clean. Staff was pleasant. Workers started using power tools outside of our window at 0730. We could see their silhouettes through the curtains! Breakfast was not so good. Even though eggs and sausage were in chafing dishes, they were both cold. Bacon looked half cooked and thrown into a pile on a serving platter--did not look appetizing at all. Coffee was good.
The rooms here were clean and roomy. Updates seemed well done, though there was a smell of varnish in the halls. Shower is a little dated. Staff were friendly. Parking was free. It's in a safe neighborhood within walking distance to a number of great establishments.
