Very pleased with my experience here in the emergency room at Southern Hills. Doctors and nurses were very kind and also thorough and quick. Definitely glad I chose to come here over anywhere else!
I had joint replacement at Southern Hills on November 7, 2017. They were the most caring and attentive hospital staff I have ever experienced. This level of care started the moment I entered the facility for pre op procedures till I was discharged. They are the most conscientious hospital for cleanliness practices. I was very nervous about having surgery there but, I am glad that I did. Their joint floor is awesome!
My mother who has congestive heart disease was taken to Southern Hills emergency after losing consciousness. The staff Doctor admitted her as a patient and kept her there for 4 days, where they ran a great deal of test on her. After being discharged and going home, we discovered the nurses had left the intravenous Cannulation needle in her. To add insult to injury the hospital reports to my mothers insurance suggest that she was a patient by chose and the staff never admitted her. Looks like this is going to be a long fight
I literally owe my life to these people. I have found people that treat me like family and look after my best interest and health. They are the best!
It took too long for them to see my grandbaby who had a Fever of 103. Everyone we asked how will it be before the baby gets back in room and seen by a doctor was I don't know hopefully soon. That's not Acceptable for a 8 month old baby!! I am timing the wait. The Lord Jesus Christ will make a way. He is The Great Healer!! My Trust is in Him. God Bless
