These are the most caring people in my community, I would never transfer clinics. Great experience !

Update....I spoke with the office manager a couple days ago, around 4/8/15. She was kind and helpful. She did apologize for the office staff. She told me she intend to rectify the situation and train office staff to do this better. I spoke with my new GP office and they have received records, they said, 11 days ago, or around 3/28/15. The original request was 2/04/2015, and I was informed that the time limit is 14 days. It took 50 days according to my current doctor....Here is the previous review.....
Staff could be more patient.
The nurse I saw was nice and compassionate, but she has now left that location. Since then I went to another clinic and attempted to have my records faxed over for a referral. I called 2 times. After 3 weeks of waiting, I called again, and the attendant was exceptionally rude, and told me that I would have to wait another week. I waited another week and a half. It is now a month, and they admited that the person responsible for sending records has not yet done it. Now I called the new doctor, and they are trying to advocate for me. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone, because the office staff is obviously not well organize or managed.....Update: So tomorrow it will be 7 weeks since we requested to have my medical records faxed to my current GP. I have called 5 times, and the staff at my current GP's office has called at least 3 times, and they have yet to fax over my records.
