I've given this place the benefit of the doubt for over a year. I should have changed doctors sooner. I've been trying for over 2 weeks to get my seizure medication and panic attack meds refilled. I even made an appointment, as I thought this might speed up the process. The appt is tomorrow and I still don't have my meds. I'm having seizures and severe anxiety because of the carelessness of the doctor. The staff seems okay, I like Jennifer. She's really helpful but I guess when they present things to the doctor they are rejected and not sent in to the pharmacy. I don't understand it.... The doc had told me I need to get my seizure meds through my neurologist, but I just changed insurances and need a referral first (hence the appointment) In the past they have held medication from me until I see my specialist. It's not right. I'm doing everything I can and now I am going through withdrawals and having seizures. I have a 3 year old to take care of all day, THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!!! Do not go here they will mess up your health and life.
I usually don't EVER post negative comments, but this place is supposed to be about health, right? One of the most important issues a human being has to deal with during this life. . This place just lacks professionalism all around. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
They are the worst I've ever seen. Been with them for 5years they have never change. They all including the doctor has no idea what they are doing. I'm sick and tired. Some one help me with a Good doctor to take my babies. The need to be closed down and never open again.
Take my advice, do not trust this facility with you/ your family's care. They are incompetent, do not care about anything but the co-pay and once you make it back to a doctor, she is rude, arrogant and condescending.
Have been going for eight years now through all the different staffing and different doctors. After reading all the bad reviews, the keywords I caught was most have been going for a long time. If you didn't like it then go somewhere else. Out of all the reviews Ive read on here I have not seen one keyword in all of it, Dr chimbrori, however you spell her name. Unprofessional is when you get a prescription and her name is on it but you have never seen her. Unprofessional is the insurance statements read her name but never seen her in the eight years I have been going. I hear all the complaints about the staff but I have eyewitnesses some very rude people and then when they get the same treatment back, it's unprofessional. Give me a break. Do unto others as you will have them to do unto you. And, he'll no the patient/ customer is not always right. The only complaint I have is he woman who runs the clinic that NONE has ever seen that I have spoken with not even at the other clinics when they see her name. It's really bad when another clinic ask you have you ever met her and you respond with no. Tell the whole story and not just the part that makes you look good. There is always two sides to every story. If you got a complaint have you ever asked to see Dr chimbrori??? Hell no. Grown people act like you are grown and move on if you have been there for so many many many years. You make yourself look bad saying that.
I have been a patient for the past 3-4 years. Initially, my only complaint was the long waits, despite having an appt. Now, however, since Dr. Anthonia has been gone, I have nothing positive to say. The staff at the front desk is very unprofessional. There is no empathy or compassionate shown towards patients regarding their health concerns WHATSOEVER. If/when the phone is answered during business hours, staff if often rude. I was told just today, after trying for 11 days to get my blood pressure meds refilled, that I "needed to decide whether my job or health is more important" after stating that I was in training for the next two (2) weeks and couldn't get off work for a NON NARCOTIC REFILL I NEED TO LIVE! The conversation ended with me comforting the office staff due a funeral she attended over the weekend. I was told , once again, that a note would be left on my chart for the doctor and I was then hung up on.
