Wonderful staff. It is good to have this group of caring people in our community.
I have not one bad thing to say about them. We have seen multiple doctors since my little boy was born, all of them have been wonderful. We recently moved to a different state and can't find ANY pediatricians who compare. We were so blessed and miss them all so very much. Don't hesitate, have your child go to see these doctors.
I love how generous and loving MOST of the staff is here...especially our Pediatrics doctor, Dr. Keffer! He's worked with 2 of my children and is always so wonderful with them. There's never a time that he wasn't professional courtreous and so friendly with not only my children, but my husband and I . Wouldn't change I thing and plan on staying through all of my children
If you do use this place, DON'T be seen by Dr Betts. He didn't properly diagnose my 2 year old son's broken collar bone, nor did he seem to care or even acknowledge that there was a mistake made by himself and his nursing staff once I find out it was broken. It took me two weeks to finally take my 2 year old son elsewhere to find out he had a broken collar bone. And when I called to talk to the administrator about all of this, they were on vacation, but I was assured they would call me back. It's been 2 months and I still haven't gotten a call back from them to discuss this whole situation.
Our son has been sick for the past two weeks and all of the staff at Old Harding Pediatrics have worked very hard to get us a diagnosis and a cure. Our regular doctor is Dr Keffer who is fantastic but we had to schedule two emergency visits over the weekend. Both times we saw Dr. Long who has just been awesome and got our son on the right medication and really put our minds at ease. We were seen quickly each time I called and the nurses on the medical advise helpline were extremely helpful. If you're looking for the best medical care for your child I would definitively recommend Old Harding!
