Other than the outsourced ESL phone reservation center I had a positive experience.
This is what sets Nashville International Airport apart from other like airports; the rental car convenience. Most airports have an off-site location for car rental, which would require patrons to take a shuttle to the lot. This will take additional time and also a potential nuisance if there is a problem with the rental once you receive it. At BNA the rental car facility or CONRAC is a short walk away from the rental counters. And if you require mobility getting to your rental, courtesy carts run to/from the facility. I can't give it a 5 Star rating because the only inconvenience is that no personal cars are allowed in the facility, which can bring confusion to those who are dropping others off to rent a vehicle; not knowing where to wait until there party can meet with them. If that last sentence applies to you; I suggest the one driving the personal vehicle follow the signage and wait in the Cell Phone Waiting Area, and rendezvous there.
