I rent a lot of cars and am generally weary of reps trying to up sell me or provide additional services that I don't want.I was pleasantly surprised at the the Nashville counter.The young lady was so friendly and professional. She worked through the process with no muss or fuss and gave me clear and easy directions to the cars outside. She had me on my way in no time at all.BTW I love renting in Nashville because there is no shuttle involved. You just walk across the street and get in your car.
Once you get to the Advantage parking area you are met by a gentleman who will tell you what stall your car is in and then give you an access code to get out. So all you have to do is locate your car, (Make sure you take a walk around it and inspect it for damage including bent rent wheels and rims.) Note any damage on the slip that they provide. Then just drive to the exit. Drop the slip in a box, enter the code that was provided. Really simple, efficient and quick.
This is my third experience with Advantage in three different states. I have to say that each encounter has been met with courteous friendly people who explained all charges and policies clearly. There were no problems with my reservations, meaning I had a car when I arrived which hasn't always been the case. The cars have all run well and drop off was easy and hasslefree. I would recommend this company.
Great service, no queue at all, got car in five minutes and on our way in another five. So easy and very helpful. Only bad thing is a crazy amount of money to pay if you want an extra driver. It was 195 dollars for three weeks. Everything else was perfect.
To accommodate our tight schedule, we booked our rental at 6am - the earliest availability as that seems to be their desk staff schedule. The representative was 12 minutes late (our flight got in at 5am, so we had already waited an hour for them to open), and refused to offer anything for the additional inconvenience. We did not leave the desk with keys until 6:30. I gave Advantage an extra star for the competitive pricing that encouraged us to put up with the situation at hand - If it weren't for that, we would have canceled and taken our business to the next desk.
The staff was so friendly. The price was great and the car was even better than i expected. I have never used advantage before, but I definitely will be using them in the future.
