Why is this place so much? It is a true ripoff, as soon as you get in the parking lot the extra fees begin and they continue until you leave, and where is the friendly staff? I cut my arm in the lobby as a young lady at the desk for a tissue and she said you will have to go to that line over there (across the lobby) for a tissue. My arm is bleeding, I have two bags and a computer bag, and my husband is ftrying to get us check in with our confirmation number and John at the desk is telling him it has too many number in the confirmation he can not check us in, and tell him to go call someone on our cell phone to help us, two hours later the guy running the golf shop comes over and sayes let me see what I can do to help, he finally got us check in and HE WORKED IN THE GOLF SHOP!!!! Thanks Howard we had a place to sleep because of you, thanks again
When you get there you need to book your car rental a day ahead that will help
I had high hopes. For $300+ I expected something more than I got. The room was a regular hotel room. Service was horrible. I asked a guy who looked to me like a mechanic for directions and his boss told him to hurry up while he was helping me. He ended up giving horrible directions and we got lost. The hotel location is horrible. There is absolutely nothing but bob Evans, a shoneys and mcdonalds in the hotel area. It is about 20 mins from downtown where all of the fun is. Value sucked. 18 dollars a day to park- even for a paying guest. And food was ok... Cheapest place to eat in the hotel was stax and that was 10+ for a cheeseburger
