I was the only person there and it took 30 minutes to get my car, which was already reserved. One person struggled on the computer while two other people there including the manager wandered around and only stepped into help after about 25 minutes.
No problem with actual vehicle or the price. Just got shouted at by the staff for making a suggestion. Why couldn’t she just say, “sounds good, sorry about that!”
I will also pass my enjoyable experience
You can not leave your personal vehicle on their property while you rent. Honestly not that big of a deal. Problem is they won’t let you know that unless you ask. Which is not completely uncommon with rental car locations but most other companies will give you a ride to a safe lot or offer some type of advice/help. Not the case at this Hertz. At the end of my rental I suggested that they should inform customers you can’t leave a car there and the manager argued with me and told me they only let you know if you ask. She took my suggestion into a confrontation and then took the opportunity to let me know that I was wrong and it was my problem.
This car rental company has to be the most unprofessional and disorganized company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with! They never have cars available no matter how far in advance you give notice. This is my second time trying to work with Hertz. The first time we waited almost an hour for someone to show up at the front desk and were pulled over and almost given a ticket in our rental because they didn't have the correct license on the car. I am officially done with this company!
Horrible customer service!!! The ugly black girl at the counter was extremely rude. The white guy at the counter... I assume is the manager was also rude. I was not greeted...They are a bunch of RIP OFF'S!!!! I will be contacting corporate about this location.
If there is anywhere else in Nashville with a car available go there instead. Poor customer service, slow, rude and unreceptive staff, playing on phones during interactions with me.

My service through the Hertz Office on Briley Pkwy in Nashville was A1 ! The entire experience was a total relaxing and delightful choice of rental car companies . I highly recommend Hertz , with their competitive prices and quick and easy methods of renting a car that not only satisfied my needs , but had fast and understandable answers to all my questions . I will be using their services again , in the near future !
Justin was super accommodating, even picking us up when this service is not normally provided at this location.
