They have given us a great deal whenever we have rented 15-passenger vans for extended scout trips. They also rent trailers to go along with them if needed and offer easy after hours drop off.
Ease of rental.Employees are nice but can forget that you are the customer and appear rude at times.
My daughter in need of a car bad, the ladies Chaquita and Ashely was extremely nice and very friendly, made sure that she was able to get a vehicle that day, the vehicle transmission light came on and I took the car back, the owner Landon was there but didn’t come out to speak with me about the inconvenience of the car light coming on, he took the car for the drive. Informed me that it was nothing wrong with the vehicle, only for it to shut off on me 48hours later. The ladies in the front apologized and offered me another vehicle and for that I really appreciated their awesome customer service, but the owner was very inconsiderate about the whole situation.
Atlas has always taken great care of me as a customer. Their rates are extremely competitive, vehicles are clean and dependable and their customer service is great. I can recommend them to anyone and do.
Don't do business with these lying con artist. I bet half their reviews were paid for, after my experience. First I called about renting a car for my mom, and I made their deposit. I then went to pick it up, and brought what they said was needed. When I got there, I got told that I didn't have what was needed.( I brought everything the associate said to bring.) Then when they tell me they're not going to rent it out, I asked for a refund and was told to leave with no refund. Junkiest business I've ever encountered.
