This location is actually inside of the Loew's Vanderbilt Hotel, if you go inside and around the left- hand side of the building. This location is very convenient for people who are staying at the hotel or live close by this location. Since this is a hotel location, they do charge a hotel concession fee, but if you make your reservation at the right time, you'll still come out a little cheaper renting from here even with the fees. Timing is definitely key. Everyone here was really friendly and helpful, but there's only like 2-3 people working there at a time, so you often have to wait a bit. Outside of that, I don't have anything bad to say about this location.
I appreciated the value, and the convenient location, but be aware that there is usually only one staff person on at a time, so there can be a considerable wait.
This Hertz location is located inside the Lowes hotel. I rented a car during the CMAs and most car rental locations were sold out. Yet Brandon, the representative, was super professional. He made my rental experience very pleasant. My car was clean on the inside and the return was very easy.
