I have purchased furniture from Sprintz on White Bridge Pike on three separate occasions over the past 22 years and I have never been disappointed. My most recent purchase was delivered today and the delivery service was fantastic. Every piece of furniture was double-wrapped in delivery blankets and plastic. The delivery crew were very careful with everything.
I highly recommend Sprintz for the in-store experience as well. I had the pleasure of working with Mavis Campbell, who was extremely patient and knowledgeable. I will continue to be a customer, because no matter what types of stores I've shopped at in the past, no one else had the same level of service or the variety of choice that I got at Sprintz.
Wife and I had a good experience at Sprintz. Huge selection with a range of price points. Sales rep Jim was very helpful, extremely detailed and attentive to all of our questions and concerns. Delivery was within the window they said and the couch is as we ordered. Everything worked out.
The Sprintz employees have met and exceeded every expectation I had when ordering my upholstered pieces recently. They kept me informed of every aspect of the process, and I was so pleased to receive my order when they were expected. The two nice men who delivered them were on time and very careful with my order. I couldn't have been more pleased!
They have great customer service. Kudos to Sheila. Caprice help me with my price match. Thanks to the owner of Hooker who allowed the price match to happen. I had some issues with a few items that were delivered but they quickly solved those problems. The delivery company they used were awesome both times...very handsome guys and mannerable.
Had a great experience shopping at this store! Was casually approached by Ron when we entered the store. We explained we weren’t exactly sure what we wanted but was going to have a look around. He gave me his card and told me he’d find me in a bit after we had explored a little. A little while later, we started narrowing down our ideas and he walked us through all of our options (couch type, colors, pillows, etc). The ordering process was quick and the couch arrived on time! The delivery guys were great, personable but professional, and had us set up and all packing materials cleaned up in no time! Will definitely be back for our next furniture and decor needs!
