We bought furniture in May on this year. In June the springs in the couch and love seat come through the bottom on the couch causing a hole. I call James ( the guy that sold me the furniture) He said we had a year warranty on it. He had me to take pictures and send to the repair guy. They told me he was going to talk to the vendor. A week later they told me they would have new furniture coming. a month later I called back James told me it would take time because the vendor put people last on their list when it come to exchange. ...a month came again my boyfriend called they told him they haven't heard from me. Its December now and we are still calling. a few weeks ago guys came over and took pics bit he haven't heard a word.... Going in person tomorrow to see about new furniture for equal value we have about 800$ left to pay.

Highly recommended. All employees including the delivery men were amazing. Very patient and helpful in store and fast professional delivery at home !I ended up with Low monthly payments that will help build my credit and they made sure I left satisfied because a lot of places that finance end up ripping me off in the end because of interest but here it’s a win win I leave with 0 down and after 6 months my credit will go up and I still got a deal! Thank you guys
