An hour into the delivery window, I called the store to confirm that everything was smooth sailing only to be told they made another error and set it for a different day. (We were dealing in days of the week and dates over the phone, so there would not be any confusion. I guess I was wrong).
I purchased 2 love seats at Price Point Furniture, due to they advised, they could order from Ashley Furniture, and after nearly one month of putting me off every week, I requested a refund. I then went to Ashely myself and the manager there, matched the price from Price Point and gave me a promised delivery date. Long story short, I received a call from Ashley Furniture on yesterday, advising the furniture was already in, 3 days PRIOR to the date promised. I was overwhelmed with joy, and so excited to finally get my furniture! I will continue to do business with Ashley Furniture, and word to the wise....Never try to cut corners, as the old adage goes, you pay for what you get! Signed, Satisfied Customer*****

I called back the following day to reschedule and they confirmed the very next day. Inconvenient, but great!

BUYER BEWARE!!! I purchased $11,000 of furniture and $650 warranty along with $360 to deliver and set up in March 2017. Approximately 6 months later I have a bed that is literally falling apart around me. Called the store who sent me to the customer support team. They ask you to send a picture. After receiving picture they tell you it is not a manufacturer defect. I tell them I purchased the warranty and they give me that number. Warranty dep. says it is not covered by my warranty but within the 1st year would go back to the one year manufacturers warranty. When I call them back they say no it is customer caused. I ask for someone to come out and look at the bed instead of a picture as I can not get under the bed to take pictures to show all the supports splitting and breaking however it is clear from the picture this was not caused by someone standing on the rail. I go into the store to talk to manager who clearly agrees with me and sends pics and message to what I would assume it corporate. Tells me they will call. NO CALL BACK. I clearly tell him I need this taken care of as this special mattress and adjustable frame was purchased for my husband who was in a serious rollover accident and is still in his recovery stage and it has now been 2 weeks broken. Mattress is sitting at a 40 degrees angle. Go back to store to talk to manager Seth who gives me what I thought were direct numbers to corporate. Call for one straight week. NO CALL BACK. Now I must be forced at 4 weeks later to take action myself. Never have a dealt with such an incompetent business. Kerry W.
I came to the Ashley furniture and I had Ericka Kane as my sales person and i couldn’t have asked for a better experience! She got me all the furniture I wanted for an amazing price and then introduced me to the sleep geek Isabelle Stokes and then I got the best mattress set ever! I highly recommend these two girls, I’ll defitnitly be coming back!
The deal seemed great and the sales team pleasant, so my wife and I purchased some LR furniture from there a few weeks ago.
The delivery was scheduled for the afternoon, but they never showed up due to unfortunate circumstances, which is acceptable. What was NOT acceptable was the lack of communication as a result. I called three times after the end of the scheduled delivery window (an hour apart) and was told the same thing up to the last call, "Well, it is on the truck, so it should make it."
There is a clear lack of anything resembling competence in the delivery department of this store. Stay away or risk your evenings being spent waiting.
