Buyer Beware!
they keep saying it’s working. I also told the technition and supervisor that came to my house, I shouldn’t have to rinse any dishes by hand and the tech said the sales ppl will tell you anything to buy it. The thing is I did my research I clean houses and the better arms and sprayers on dishwashers get stuff clean without rinsing. They said they turned up the heat it’s good to go. I waited till cycle was over and I rinsed my dishes also and it’s still not working. I called them back to see if they would exchange my item, they said no Only Volunteer repossession or return 30 days after purchase. Wow that’s a way to treat your customers. Are you kidding me! They have me locked in on payment now and I can’t do anything to fix their crappy service. They don’t even deserve one Star it’s 0 for me.
When the delivery guys installed the microwave they did it wrong where the plate wouldn't stay correctly on the wheel. I called because we do have insurance, and they said I would have to go through the manafacture of the microwave... hold up, I purchased from them, so they said they will not come back and fix the problem, well now the wheel is broke because of the issue before. When they delivered the chaise it was crooked and within 3 weeks the thread was coming apart on ottoman. So they send someone out to fix the chaise which it was supposed of been new when I received it but it was broke. Yes it took me a while to call cause it's not like I have all the time to worry if things are right and new from this store. They tried sewing the ottoman but realized it was their fault, so they replaced the ottoman and again it's ripping at the seams. And the couch too now. I also purchased a $1600 dishwasher thinking I will not have any problems. Last night I kept smelling something and it wasn't drying or cleaning my dishes well. I look in it it has mildew all in it. I clean it out and the filter and rewash and it still not drying or coming clean. I'm about to call them, let's see how this works out. Everytime I deal with CS they act as if their not responsible for their crappy stuff. So what is the insurance actually for. Yep Cons! I would not recommend this place to anyone.And after I pay it off I'm also done with them. A BIG HEADACHE!!!
NEXT TIME I NEED TO UNSCREW ALL MICROWAVE TO SEE IF ALL FILTERS THERE. ITS SAD. BRAND NEW MICROWAVE AND CHARCOAL FILTER MISSING. VERY SAD.
an instance of deceiving or tricking someone.
We purchased a stove and a dishwasher from them. Their cost was lower for products than the competition but their installation and carry away fee was higher. Our dish washer was hard wired but we were not informed by the sales person that they are unable to do hard wired set ups. This is an ongoing nightmare that we are still dealing with 1 week later. And they still have not returned our installation fees back to our credit card- if Conn's is the only way you can get new appliances other than rent to own maybe do it but if you use your credit card or cash - stay away.
I had to put one star. I really wouldn't even give them that. I've had problems from the start. First I've purchased a chaise couch ottoman microwave and dishwasher. BIG MISTAKE!
Bad from the start
Their name says it all. I purchased a red chaise a grey couch and ottoman a microwave and dishwasher a $1600 dishwasher at that! So upset. When they delivered the chaise it was damaged leaning to the side, their response not to replace it but to use the warranty and fix it, this is a new piece they brought to me damaged and I can only use the warranty . So now I have a chaise that’s still leaning but they did fix it go figure. Ottoman ripped at seems 3 months after having it, they replaced it through warranty. Ripped again 1 month after that, their now trying to fix it, said they sent parts to my home but I didn’t receive them I thought I had them since I had 2 bags but they were the microwave parts. Also the couch is peeling in the creases only 1 year after having it. They sent someone out and said they don’t cover that but they told me when purchasing they cover anything! Hmmm. Now to the dishwasher there was a center piece that broke because the plate was not attaching to it. They had to fix that, it takes them so long to fix stuff at least 2 different appointments meaning money lost for me cause I have to take off work. They just left fixing microwave and dishwasher, they said I need to rinse my dishes. Well what it’s a $1600 dishwasher are u kidding me. It mildewed all my dishes. I keep telling them it’s not drying or cleaning my dishes, and it’s black and white mildew all in my dishwasher and all on my dishes:(

ATTENTION BUYERS. IF YOU BOUGHT SAMSUNG MICROWAVE PLEASE CHECK IF CHARCOAL FILTER IS INSIDE.. I JUST FIND OUT IT WAS MISSING. I have paid extra for installation at Conns but I guess they don't know what they doing. I called and rude lady told me "nothing they can do" .. oh well.
I will never use them and I will warn others about them their def cons!
