I'm only giving them three stars since I did not see what I was looking for. With that being said I'm not sure how they are with anything else. I was greeted once I enter into the establishment.
This is not the place to get high end furniture, but the quality of the furniture they sell is great for the price. It's basically "rooms to go" furniture at 60% 9f the price.
These guys have fair prices and a TON of selection. Their store/parking lot could definitely use a face lift, but we are mostly happy with the sectional we purchased from them. The pieces don't fit together as well as they did on the store model, but the couch still looks good and it would be a bigger hassle to take it back at this point.
Just like another customer review listed on here, I too asked about delivery and was told that they just drop it off which I was fine with but was told if it turned out damaged when I opened the box then it would be my responsibility to find a way to bring it back to the store to exchange it and they would not re-deliver without charging me again. It was explained to me that's how they keep cost down....might be but I would imagine it destroys their repeat business . I still have 2 bedrooms to furnish as well as a dinette. I'm sure I can find someone who is confident enough in their product and customer service skills who will take my money.
If you need decent furniture at a great price, you'd struggle to find a better place to buy.
In addition to that, they have great customer service and kind employees to help you make the right furniture choices.
I read the reviews and was leary of the $399 Sofa Store. However, I found a bedroom suite I fell in love with. We asked the sales man could I inspect the furniture upon delivery and was told I could. Then as I was completing the delivery paperwork I was told by the manager that the delivery guys would simply drop off my boxes and leave and would not wait for me to inspect it. The suite had numerous mirrors and rhinestones and for $2400 I wanted to make sure it was in great condition. I was informed that it was a risk and chance (of getting damaged furniture)and that is why their prices are discounted. I was told if the new furniture was damaged the delivery guys could not return it to the store. I would be responsible to return it myself. Buyers beware!
