This was the worst experience of my life!! DO NOT BUY FURNITURE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! If you do be prepared to deliver and set it up yourself. I bought a brand new house with wood floors that have not even been walked in with shoes yet. The floors were in perfect condition. Until Sprintz delivered my bed that is. Their delivery team put MULTIPLE deep scratches and a big gash in the floor of my master bedroom!! They also out scratches in the floor of my staircase and scuffed up the paint on the hallway walls. I called customer service to inform them, sent them pictures via email, only to get a call back for them to tell me that they will take no responsibility for any of it! When I explained again that it was a new house and the floors were previously in perfect condition, the manager continued to deny any responsibility and then HUNG UP ON ME!! What a prick!! This is a terrible company, they have no integrity and do not value their customers. Once they get your money they could care less. STAY AWAY!!!
