Great experience all around!! Salesperson was awesome and delivery crew were great. Would definitely buy from again!!

I came into this store last week and purchased several pieces of furniture. I asked my sales person Zack while sitting at his desk if everything i ordered was in stock. He assured me that all of my merchandise was in stock and i would receive everything i purchased on the date of my delivery. The day of my delivery comes and i did not receive everything that i purchased. The drivers informed me that my two accent chairs were on back order and i would not be getting them. I was not a happy customer. I felt lied to by my sales person. Earlier in the morning i had spoken with the one of the girls behind the desk named Whitney about my delivery window time. When i called back to speak with someone about my chairs the lady that answered the phone told me she was going to let me speak with a manager. Whitney is the one who came to the phone. She assured me she was going to get me taken care of. After several minutes i received a call back from Whitney and she told me that i would be delivered by the weekend with my two chairs. I went from being upset and irritated to calm and happy. Whitney was very sweet, and i was impressed with her customer service skills. I will be returning to Royal Furniture to buy more furniture in the future. Thanks!

Delivered within hr of delivery schedule. Staff corrected any scratches from delivery on the spot when brought to their attention. Staff also flagged follow up with customer to request missing pieces to furniture. Company appears to be about customer satisfaction. Hope this will continue.

I was pleased with the customer service skills this company has. My daughter had some furniture delivered last week. For some reason our bunked rails were not on the truck. I called the store and asked to speak with a manager as i was not happy my grandchildren would be sleeping on the floor for the night, seeing as we had already gotten rid of there old beds thinking the bunk beds were coming. I spoke with a young lady named Whitney. She was very apologetic, and handled everything in a very timely matter. When my husband arrived home, he was not pleased at all with what had happened and called back up to the store. He spoke with a young man claiming to be the assistant manager, and he seemed to not care one bit that our grandchildren were sleeping on the floor, and had my husband furious. Later in the evening, he called back. This time speaking to Whitney. She again, remained calm, and had my husband calmed down within minutes. She refunded us our delivery charge and had the drivers out at our house the next morning with our bunked set up and our grandchildren taken care of. We came into the store a few days later to receive our refund. Our grandchildren were with us, Whitney was the sweetest young lady ever. She apologized to us again, gave our grandchildren high fives & hugs and had us all laughing by the time we walked out of the store. I just wanted her to know her work is not going unappreciated. Us as customer's were pleased, happy and she made the mistake right. For that we will be returning to Royal Furniture withing the month to purchase a bedroom and living room suite. Dealing straight with Whitney. Thanks again girl, YOU ROCK!!!!!!!

My experience there didn't last long I ordered some furniture livingroom that cost over $2,000 and my salesperson was Lee Smith the first encounter I wanted living room furniture and a kitchen set and later decided I want to expand on the living room furniture and wait on the kitchen set in the process of our encounter I was promised when my furniture would be dropped off I asked several times if he was for sure of that date he promised me and told me don't worry patted me on the back and I left. The next week a couple days before my delivery supposed to happen Lee call me that morning to tell me that I was not on the schedule for that day that was scheduled for me. I let him know that I have already asked for that day off I can't take off any other day. He said let me call you back sounding very upset. That evening I decided to call them back because he did not call me back. When he answered the phone he knew exactly who I was and I proceeded to ask him about the delivery date because I haven't got a call back he began to give me all type of excuses and then begin to tell me well don't you have a daughter that can take the delivery Thursday I proceeded to tell him that my daughter is not going to receive over $2,000 worth of living room furniture and I'm on the contract then he got upset and raised his voice and was telling me that I was being rude in the process I told him I'm not being rude why would I argue when I'm trying to make a business relationship with someone and that he was being very unprofessional with no customer service he continue to sound argumentative with me I asked him if he could negotiate he said no and a very upsetting voice and then proceeded to tell me that I don't have to take the furniture and so I agreed thank you but no thank you and as I was saying have a nice day he hung up in my face. By the hour later by 7 p.m. he called me back saying that he was seeing if I still wanted the furniture and he gave me a time to calm down my response was I wasn't upset you were and you even hung up in my face he proceeded to tell me well I just hung up cuz the conversation wasn't going anywhere I state have a nice day there's no way that I can have a relationship with someone who is unprofessional rude and disrespectful when I had more rooms that I was going to remodel once I finished my living room thanks but no thanks Royal Furniture I really wanted to do business with you I drive through Memphis all the time and I kept saying I'll be glad when we get one of those furniture stores now that we got one it has been very disappointed
