This Company does not stand behind their word or their warranty terrible customer service!! The rooms to go technicain already had came out and looked at the bed and told me and my wife that they would fix it the service lady told me that they could not fix it or even send me the part to fix it myself and then she hung up on me when I was trying to explain the situation to her I will not be buying anything else from them and would not recommend them to anyone.

Bought a $3000 couch set and had nothing but trouble. I have had several replacements and each were messed up. I finally was given the opportunity to get a different couch selection, then there is a catch, I have to spend the same or more on the new set.

I will never buy anything from Rooms To Go of Rivergate TN again. We had a house fire me my wife and 2 boys. We had to replace all our stuff so we went to Rooms To Go our salesman Rick Walkush took us around to pick out what we need, we spent $7500 at rooms to go on furniture 11/22/17. The first delivery was supposed to be on 12/2/17. We have already been back in our house for a week without furniture so everyone was excited that we were going to have a couch to sit on. On 12/2/17 the delivery guys never showed up so I called. I was on hold for 18 minutes before someone told me something happened and our delivery date did not get logged in. Ok when can you bring it, they said 12/11/17. I told them it is over a week away my family does not want to wait that long to have furniture in our house we have no where to sit. I talked to the manager Jonilea Stewart and she said that was the best they could do. I told her we could not wait that long please give us our furniture or a refund since we had already paid the $7500 in full to them. Jonilea said she could give us a refund but it Will take 2 weeks before we get the money. She was not helpful at all, she also kept putting me on hold to wait on other customers. I told her I need help and she stated theses customers are in front of her so she has to help them first.

12/13/17 update. Our furniture finally came, 2 of the chairs are damaged and has to be replaced. They say it will be January before they can replace the 2 broken chairs. The manager Jonilea Stewart has lied yet again. She said she would give us a compensation of $150 but now she is refusing to give it to us.

Rivergate LOCATION has the worse customer service! I went in to store looking for a living room suite, walked in wasnt greeted! Walked around the store for 30 min before a random store associate asked if I've been help. I told him know I haven't, I wasn't greeted or acknowledge by anyone. He then apologized and blamed it on them been "busy". When are you too busy to greet your customers? He gave me a card and told me if I needed anything to come see him.when the time came after I decided what I wanted to purchase I went to sale guy, he was busy with another customer, told me he would be over shortly. I waited 30 min he never came over, we got passed by 3 other associates that wasn't "busy" still not a word from either of them. A customer asked have we been help we responded by no and gave a brief run down on how no one would help us. His sales associate felt sympathy and decided to finally assist me! I feel I was racially profiled after sitting and observing and waiting for help. No one else got this treatment!

That is how much rooms to go cares about their customers. The manager Jonilea Stewart didn't even care enough to stop putting me on hold so she could talk to other people.

We paid Rooms To Go $7500, they did not deliver our furniture on the date we agreed. Now we are out the money, no furniture, and to go buy new furniture we have to wait 2 weeks for them to decide to give us our money back.

I will not trust the manager Jonilea Stewart or the salesman Rick Walkush after what they dis to me and my family.

My husband and I were helped by a nice lady named Marie. She took the time to let us browse alone and did not hover or smother us with anything. She was very informative, professional, kind and helped us pick exactly everything we wanted. We will recommend others to go see her! The prices were so great in comparison to all the other stores we looked at vs the brand as well.
