This was so easy. Rather than driving to Memphis or Atlanta, they did it for me. It was also cheaper then be driving my pick up to either one of those cities and back
Made the drive based on a search of "Ikea near me." Visited the location and despite being seen while walking in [no other customers were in the store] was not greeted nor asked even once what I was looking for or how I needed help. Left.... won't be back. I work in retail; I understand customer service; I didn't experience any here.
