I hate most dealerships, but Nashville Toyota North was probably the most pleasant experience I’ve had. Was there a few hours while they fixed some recalls on my car. Everyone was incredibly nice, they had good complimentary coffee and drinks, and at no point did they try to sell me stuff I didn’t already ask for. Was also very easy and quick to schedule my appointment. I will definitely be back if I need dealership service on my car.
Jimmy Shaw helped me buy a car and I am totally pleased. He was professional, courteous, listened to me, didn't try to push me into something I didn't want. When negotiations came around, he was very nice to work with and quite professional I have had followup calls and while not invasive he let me know my value as a customer. Harry was very knowledgeable, zeroed in on items I was confused about and didn't waste my time no hard sell. We came to terms that day. Thought I was going to buy Corolla LE; bought Corolla SE and am very pleased.
