Great experience. Ted Jones was our salesman. Not once did we feel pressured or lied to. They were reasonably flexible on price (enough so that we felt we were getting a good deal but not so much that it was too good to be true) and only showed us vehicles that we asked to see - used Ford 150s & Dodge Ram 1500 big horns. They didn’t try to talk us into a new vehicle, vehicles that were outside our price range, or any different makes or models. An all round fantastic experience. I will definitely recommend to friends and I will be back when I am ready for another vehicle.

My Experience with Service at Bob Frensley: **** Read entire review****
Pete had a mechanic come to my office location to do the neded work. Guess the moral of this story is talk to Pete. He cares and can get your problems fixed. Seems if issues make it to management they care too.
Last week I had my Office manager make an appointment to have a recall done on one of our trucks. She had talked to Pete in service. She even commented on how nice and helpful he was. He set an appointment for 3:00 PM on 11/13/2017. Due to a busy schedule I had arranged a rental from Enterprise, and they were at the dealer as planned to take me to my rental car. When I entered the service department I was directed to another service counter to see Brandy. I handed her the card that Ram mailed me and gave her the name the truck is titled in. She immediately told me I had no appointment and they may not have the part. Sure enough they had used that part on Saturday. I was told I could come back after 11/28 as they expected more then. That lit my fuse! I had driven over an hour and arranged for a rental on a confirmed appointment, with the Enterprise driver waiting on me. I expressed my disgust to Brandy. She then told me they had a part on hold for a good customer and she guessed they could piss him off and use that one for me. I fired back and said not to do that I was already pissed off and apologized to the Enterprise driver and sent him back to their location as I would not need a rental. I started to leave then ask to speak to Pete. He did remember the call and the appointment. He said that it was indeed scheduled and he had indeed reserved the part. Some how my part had been used by another customer and I was not called. He was very apologetic and showed empathy unlike anyone else employed there I was dealing with.
We love Bob Frensley Jeep Chrysler Dodge Fiat. My family has purchased 4 Jeeps from this dealership and they are always fair and kind. The service department is awesome! They go out of their way to help us and treat us like family. Highly recommend this dealership!!!
My 2016 Jeep had a tree fall on it 6 weeks after I bought it while I was on vacation in Florida and was considered a total loss. I had 3 days to get another car . Nick and Jennifer were able to put me in a better car than what I had before and made my car shopping experience a very pleasant one . Thank you again. I love my new Jeep!!!
