There was no pressure to buy, there was a huge selection of vehicles, they had a great website where I was able to get most of the initial information I needed, and they made the buying process about as painless as it can when you purchase a vehicle. I would definitely recommend you give CarMax a try if you're shopping for a vehicle.
My wife and I had a good idea of the car we wanted. We found one at a great price and received a nice price for our 10 year old trade in. We also sold another work van to CarMax so we could upgrade. Easy transactions buying, trading, and selling. Will recommend them to all that are looking. No pressure, no major time investment, very happy with the process.
The salesman Fletcher Gonzales was very helpful and made me feel very comfortable. there was no pressure letting us know about all the options that were available.he did a good job explaining the extended warranty and service agreement.over all it was a good experience

First time I have dealt with any CarMax facility and I was quite surprised at what I found. Everyone was very friendly to me and my son along with all of the customers that came in the facility. While there I was treated with great respect by Steve Napier, our salesman. He was very informative on the vehicle I test drove and purchased. There was no push by anyone there to purchase as you would find at other car facilities. I want to say thank you and will highly recommend this facility to anyone that is interested in purchasing a vehicle in the future.
