Easy, painless process of buying a car. They wouldn't waive the $299 "documentation" fee and they knew the market well enough not to discount the car any, other than that it had to have been the most transparent and smooth buying experience of purchasing an automobile I've ever had. Not working with me on the price doesn't earn them my lifelong loyalty at not looking the competition in the future, but my experience with them and the pricing is likely to bring me back to at least give them a look.
They had the best prices on 2 vehicles we were interested in, but both sold before we could make it there from Indy. Unmatched follow up throughout our shopping process. Never pushy and patient with all of our questions. Bookmarking this place for sure!

Doug was so blatantly honest that almost talked us out of purchasing the car. The vehicle we were interested in was actually in far better shape than what Doug had described! It is rare nowadays to find someone as particular or detailed as Doug was. Not the friendliest cat, but certainly professional to the extreme. Bottom line is, we are glad we chose to come out and happy with our purchase!
