We had a great experience! Drew Johnson worked with us on all the specifications that we were looking for. We had a pretty hefty wish list for the size travel trailer that we were looking for and we knew it. Drew was extremely helpful. He walked us through various options and even brought us through ones he knew probably wouldn't fit our needs because I just wanted to see them. He was patient and kept in touch even after we left to send us updates about the travel trailer we honed in on. Whether we bought or not didn't seem to matter, he was just as helpful as if we'd told him we intended to purchase. A few days after our first visit, we did end up purchasing a travel trailer and I would highly recommend Drew Johnson and Camping World!
This is by far the worst place to have your RV serviced. After a solid combined two month period they were able to take care of two recalls and a couple of minor repairs from when I purchased the RV. When you call you never get to talk to anybody. And don't bother leaving a message because your wasting your time. After numerous messages left with the service advisor I decided to try the service manager. Fail... no phone call returned. So I decided to leave a voicemail for the GM thinking for sure I would get a call back. FAIL again... I don't know how this place stays in business. The purchase of my RV was great and easy, any service related issue and promises suck a$$. I have been looking at a 5th wheel and will not be going to camping world for my next purchase. What a waste!!!
I would give zero stars, if I could. We purchased our trailer and an extended warranty last year from the Nashville location. They owed us a couple of items and that took almost a year for them to honor. I called multiple times and ended up having to get corporate office involved. Once I got the trailer scheduled for them to fix the issues they promised when we purchased, it took them over 4 months to complete!! During this time our camper was in their shop during the winter months and they did not secure the pipes. We picked up our camper and headed straight out of town. About 2 hours out of town, the breaks started acting up. We finally made it to our destination (5 hours away) and discovered that the break had completely broken inside AND all of our pipes had bursted. We had no use of water. We found a mobile mechanic to come and replace the piping and the brake mechanism. After a couple of thousand dollars later and a whole day of vacation lost, we headed home just to return it back to the shop for them to fix an issue that was supposed to already be fixed. It took another couple of weeks. I will NEVER go back to that location again. I will travel to Chattanooga before I go back to Nashville. TERRIBLE service and customer relations. The location manager gave zero considerations for time lost.

I had a completely terrible experience here. My mother was looking for a specific kind of recreational vehicle at a decent price. She found the perfect one after we spent many hours just waiting for someone to help us. She test drove it and was ready to spend a lot of money on it. Then because it was the end of the month and they wanted the sale on that months books refused to sell it to her thr next day when she could pay in full. She was even willing to put down a major deposit on it. These greedy salesman made my mother cry just because their sales for the month obviously happened to be bad. There was noway they were going to sell that RV to someone else that same day and they would have had a definite sale with my mom the next day. Very bad business practice. And they lost a set of customers as well. I make sure to tell everyone I know how badly we were treated and I hope this makes them change the way they deal either customers.
