My nephew was in need of a vehicle. He got taken advantage from the previous dealer ship on his other vehicle. A very bad experience. Me being from Florida and the aunt helped research and find a vehicle and an honest dealership. I am pleased and happy to say they went above and beyond for my nephew. I was fortunate enough to encounter Brittany Sheats on our first visit. I was impressed with how knowledgeable she was about the cars. She was patient & eager to help us. On our return visit, she was very busy so we were turned over to Sterling Brown. He too was very accommodating . He worked with our price needs & got us what we wanted. I give him 4 stars also. I cannot give enough praise to Beaman Toyota! From the Sales Manager Bobby, to my 2 man sales team Bishoy & Gerry! I was in a horrible wreck a few weeks back and totaled my 2015 Highlander, I had been out in the rain car shopping for 10 hours trying to find the best deals on replacing my vehicle. I didn't speak to Beaman until 7:00 that night and by 9:30 was out the door and had purchased a replacement. They truly took the time to offer the best deal possible to me, and I actually had a good time! Wish it had been my first stop that day!
My sales consultant, Steve Burris, listed to learn what type vehicle we were looking for, then searched for vehicles available to meet our needs. He was attentive and took care of all the details. We agreed to a fair deal and he made sure that my wife and I understood how to use the various features of the car...including syncing our phones to the various features!
